I stepped onto the convention floor at Winter NAMM 2019 and immediately saw the booth I needed to visit. Of course, it was WordPress. Accordingly, I made it my first stop.
Why?
Previously, I used WP to revamp our website. For someone like myself who is unfamilar with coding and such, the WP format was easy to work with and extremely user friendly. I pounded the Kool Aid and now consider myself a WP evangelist geek.
NAMM Convention Swag
Their booth traffic was brisk but in fairness, they were giving away a nice drink tumbler. All things considered NAMM 2019 was a little light on swag, in my opinion. To emphasize the sincerity of my inquiry, I rebuffed their free tumbler offer. Instead, I asked to speak with someone on camera.
Content Creator
The endgame? Youtube video content from WP for my WP site. The irony, indeed. Fortunately, Derek Springer indulged my request. Derek is a Code Wrangler who traveled from San Francisco to attend the NAMM show.
